一.簡介

美國Kernel澤侖諾檢測試劑盒，采用競爭性酶聯免疫反應，定量檢測肉，飼料，牛奶，種子，尿液中澤倫諾藥物，玉米赤霉醇。

澤侖諾是一種合成的有雌激素活性的促生長劑，用作飼料添加劑，是美國FDA批準的家畜促生長劑之一。易在畜產品中殘留危害人類健康，1998年歐盟等國家已明確禁止其在動物體內的應用，我國農業(yè)部也與2002將其列為違禁藥物，明確規(guī)定澤倫諾，玉米赤霉醇禁止用于所有食用動物，在所有食用組織不得檢出。

Kernel® Zeranol ELISA Test Kit is acompetitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of zeranol incereals, dried meat, fish, feed, milk, urine and seed. Zeranol (α-Zearalanol)is a non-steroidal estrogen agonist. It is a mycotoxin, derived from fungi inthe Fusarium family, and may be found as a contaminant in fungus-infectedcrops. It is 3-4 fold more potent as an estrogen agonist than the relatedcompounds. Zeranol is approved for use as a growth promoter in livestock,including beef cattle, in the United  States. However, its application is notapproved for use in the European Union or Canada.
